Instruction For Setting Fiat OTC Account

Step 1: When logging into 5ROI Global homepage, select the OTC category to switch to the 5ROI’s OTC page.

Step 2: On the OTC page, you will see the section “Set Fiat OTC Account” on the right corner of the screen, click to start the setup process.

Step 3: You will see a list of information to fill in, including: Personal information, Security and Payment methods.

   1. Regarding Personal Information, choose a suitable transaction name from 2 to 16 characters, then select “Submit”.

   2. Regarding Security, asset password:

• Enter the asset password and confirm the password.
• Then, enter a valid email and select “Send now” to have the verification code automatically sent to you, check your Inbox or Spam to receive the verification code.
• When you receive the verification code, please enter the verification code in the blank.

Note: Asset password to perform transactions on 5ROI Global exchange. Different from the account password to login.

   3. Regarding KYC, only accounts that have been confirmed KYC successfully can set a fiat OTC account. Please ensure that your 5ROI account is confirmed KYC successfully before setting up an OTC account.

Step 4: Regarding the payment method, you will see a list of information to fill in, including:

   1. Fullname: Full name will be automatically updated so you don’t need to fill in your name.

   2. Bank Account No: Please enter your bank account number in this blank.

Note: The bank account number will be different from the bank card number.

   3. Bank Branch: Please enter the full name of your bank account.

   4. Branch Name: Please enter the full name of the bank branch  of your bank account.

   5. Asset Password: Enter your asset password which is set in Step 3 and click Submit to complete the account registration.

You have successfully set a fiat OTC account progress.
