Announcement On Completion of HIT/MEGAO To ROI Conversion

Dear investors,

According to the Announcement About MEGAO & HIT To ROI Token Conversion Rate on May 13th, 2022. 5ROI Global would like to announce the successful distribution of ROI tokens to the wallet addresses of MegaO & 7Hit  projects’ individual investors. Specific information is as follows:

1. Delivery time and conversion rate:

Snapshot time: 10:00 UTC on May 13th, 2022

Distribution time: 08:00 UTC on May 23rd, 2022.

2. Benefits of investors:

For Public Investors: Convert parity of the respective trading pair / USDT at the time of execution. With HIT and MegaO tokens in circulation, an additional 20% will be given from the price at the time of screen capture, specifically as follows::

MEGAO/USDT to ROI token conversion rate is at $0.0331

HIT/USDT to ROI token conversion rate is at $0.260

ROI token rate at $0.000179

Equivalent to:

1 HIT = 1452.5 ROI

1 MegaO = 184.9 ROI

For Private Sale Investors: Bonus 20% of the amount of HIT and MEGAO owned and converted according to the private purchase price of the two projects above (because the private price is higher than snapshot price), specifically as follows:

MegaO project: The price to convert to ROI token will be $0.075

7Hit project: The price to convert to ROI token is divided into two levels, $3.5 for investors participating in round 1 and $4.8 for investors participating in round 2.

Bonus policy after conversion: 20% of the locked amount + 20% of the unlocked amount; the 20% from locked amount will be unlocked according to the vesting progress that investors have purchased in the private sale.

For investors participating in Staking: The amount of MEGAO/HIT being Staking will be converted to ROI according to the exchange rate at the time of the snapshot, and for each package in which the investors have invested, the interest rate will remain constant
