5. Expect time to conduct appraisal and merger: from May 13th to 19th, 2022.

6. Expect time to conduct token conversion: from May 19th to 22nd, 2022.

7. The time 5ROI Global will conduct the distribution of ROI Token to the personal address of the investor is expected from 17:00 UTC, May 19th to 22nd, 2022.

II. Benefits of investors:

To ensure the rights and assets of investors participating in Private and holding tokens of MegaO & 7Hit projects, we will use the project’s development funds to convert HIT/MEGAO to ROI tokens. Details are as follows:

For Public Investors: Convert parity of the respective trading pair / USDT at the time of execution. With HIT and MegaO tokens in circulation, an additional 20% will be given from the price at the time of screen capture.

For Private investors: Bonus 20% of the amount of HIT and MEGAO owned and converted at the purchased private price or the current price, whichever is higher.

Example: At the time of conversion: Investor A owns 20 HITs, HIT value: 0.2 HIT / USDT, ROI value: 0.0004 ROI / USDT. The amount of ROI Investor A will receive is: 20×0.2/0.0004 = 10,000 ROI.
